Abstract: In the IIW meeting of Croatia, IAB approved the previous authorization category of Chinese Welding Training and Qualification Committee (CANB), and the recent training amount of its authorized training body - Harbin Welding Training Institute (WTI Harbin) continuously ranks the second in the world, and IAB highly affirmed and appraised the various work of CANB and WTI Harbin have actively attended in IIW. The development of “Welding Training & International Certification” is promoted by many factors including overall efforts of the industry, active participation of welding companies, the cooperation and support of international organization. This article details the valuable experience we succeeded is to promote the development by resource sharing, to obtain win-win by cooperation and innovation.
