As the branch of Harbin Welding Training Institute (WTI Harbin), Sino-Germany International Cooperation Base is located in Fengtai district, Beijing. The office building occupies an area of 2,000 square meters and can be used for over a hundred trainees simultaneously.

Since the Sino-Germany International Cooperation Base was open, several training programs, such as International Welding Engineer training, EN473 NDT Personnel training and various seminars have been held. In the promotion of international cooperation, Sino-Germany will be the base of the advisory center for enterprise certification, the exchange center for international welding personnel and the promotion center for specific technologies.
